Ashcombe advises on financial structuring of the Grainstore
Ashcombe have acted as financial adviser to Urban Hotels on the recent financial structuring of the Grainstore, their latest restaurant located in King’s Cross, opened in partnership with celebrated chef Bruno Loubet.
Urban Hotels is a growing London operator of hotels and restaurants, including in its portfolio the Zetter Hotel, Bistrot Bruno Loubet and the Zetter Townhouse. The Grainstore is their latest opening, an early anchor tenant in the rapidly maturing King’s Cross development project.
