Through its Hyperion technology, a leading fulfilment platform and first-class partnerships, Arena delivers more than a million personalised gifts directly to UK customers each year.
The businesses are highly complementary, and the growth potential and synergies that will be unlocked through the partnership will deliver significant benefits to customers, clients and both businesses more broadly. Together, the team plans to build on the joint strengths of fulfilment expertise and consumer brand development to grow into adjacent categories through organic expansion, channel development and further M&A.
